Traveling Exhibition "American Women Rebuilding France 1917-1924" at Omaha!

 

We are proud to share that our traveling exhibition "American Women Rebuilding France 1917-1924 opened on March 1st , 2019 at the KANEKO-UNO Library at the Univerversity of Nebraska, Omaha.

The event was well attended and featured a lively Q&A panel with Miles Morgan, great-nephew of Anne Morgan. Anne Morgan is the founder of the Franco-American Museum, Château de Blérancourt.

Closing event featured the screening of the Anne Morgan documentary film Anne Morgan’s War on March 28, 2019 at the Film Streams' Ruth Sokolof Theater.

Prior to the opening night, our dearest Miles Morgan and Elaine Uzan Leary were warmly welcomed by our partners from Alliance Française d’Omaha, La Renaissance Française (USA), UNO’s Goldstein Center for Human Rights, and the KANEKO-UNO Library.
